What Causes Soreness, Burning Pain In Hand And Arms And Sleep Apnea?

I have tingling & electric...burning pain in my hand,wrist , & arms. It feel like my veins in my wrist & arms are sore and burns very bad. I have diabeties..sleep apena...thyroid problems...difficulty swallowing & difficulty thinking sometimes..I have had 2 tia. Cannot lift over 15lbs. My wrist swells and can t stand for it to be touch.
