Hello,

First of all, please avoid meddling with your ears with buds and other instruments. You could end up injuring your ears. You could have a infection of your external ear or your middle ear. It can be diagnosed with a proper evaluation by an ENT and appropriate treatment suggested. Visit an ENT close by for further treatment.
