What Causes Soreness In Groin Gland With Navel Area Pain?
Last night my clitoris swelled quite suddenly to the size of an olive. It, and one of my groin glands was sore to touch. This morning it burst, releasing a significant amount of puss and blood, easing the pain and discomfort. This afternoon my gland is still sore to touch and I'm sore/achy inside my navel area.

It sounds to me like an inflamed/infected boil or cyst, which could be the result of poor hygiene, friction, shaving or hair removal from the region, etc. I would only recommend a warm compress to the regions several times a day and keeping the region clean and dry.
