What Causes Soreness In Nostril With A Cut Inside?

My left nostril has been bothering me off and on for a few weeks now. It feels sore and uncomfortable. Someone looked up there w a light and thought they saw a cut on one side but the cut has healed. The side that hurts more is opposite where the cut was. I am nervous because I have had alot of sun exposure and a few years back had something frozen off the outside of my other nostril. Should I be concerned this is from sun and serious.

Chronic exposure to sunlight could cause excessive dryness in nasal mucosa an skin part.This would lead to unhealthy mucosa and skin which can get worn off easily due to trivial trauma.You can use saline nasal spray for cleaning the nose and avoid too much hot climate.
