What Causes Soreness In The Gums After Using Cerazette?

I started taking cerazette after having my daughter 16 weeks ago. Since taking it my gums have become extremely sore! I stopped after the first packet to see if this made a difference and the pain soon went away. I then started taking it again to end up with the same problem! My mouth hurts so much. Is it the pill causing this?
