Just now I was laying bed, switched positions and got a horrible inner thigh cramp. I stood up to see if it would help and I began to feel dizzy and my hearing was “muffled” sounded like when your ears need to pop or something. I could hear what seemed like a buzzing sound and I felt like I needed to speak loudly. Lasted about 1-2 minutes. I finally sat down and started pulling my ears and seemed to go away. But my thigh is still sore and my neck is now sore also. What could it be
