What Causes Soreness In The Nipples After Receiving A Lupron Shot?

I am 72, male, had hormone (Lupron) treatments and radiation treatments last year for recurring prostate cancer. Prostate removed in 2008, small positive margin the apparent culprit. Last Lupron injection, a one month version, was September, 2017. Lately, the last 60 days, my nipples have been very sore and sensitive. I suspect this is from the hormones. I cannot feel any lumps. Your thoughts?
