What Causes Soreness In The Pelvic Area?

I have a soreness in the left pelvis area. The skin is sore to the touch and I sometimes have a burning pain in th skin above the vulva and in my lower back at the dimple area. What could be causing this? No injury to my body. It started as a pain like a tight panty line and gradually migrated to my back.

Urinary tract infection leading to pelvic pain and backache. If the symptoms are persistent better to consult your gynecologist once, get examined and if needed go for ultrasound.
