What Causes Soreness In Upper Chest Radiating To Arms And Jaw?

radiating soreness located in upper chest, more like the collar bone area, spreads to the upper arms and jaws become sore. Not pain... more like a sore muscle. ALL test have been given to rule out Angina or Heart attack... have had episodes 3 times now. Rest then it goes away. Do have high blood pressure and take medication for it. It was suggested that maybe not a blood pressure or heart issue... maybe Diabetes or low blood sugar.

Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion you should consult cardiologist and control your bloid pressure as high blood pressure can also cause this symptoms.
You should also check diabetes as hypertension and diabetes can occur simultaneously and if uncontrolled , worsen each other.
So better to consult cardiologist. I also advice you to undergo coronary angiography as you are having constant symptoms (3 times). So better to be in safe side by doing angiography.
