Dear patient
You have got non healing ulcer on shoulder. One of the reason may be uncontrolled diabetes. If you are diabetic and not taking medication then start taking it as high blood sugar level delays wound healing. Also smoking and alcohol intake delays wound healing. So if you have this bad habit try to quit it. Also now better methods are available for wound cover. You need to consult expert plastic surgeon nearby you and get yourself examined.
