I have sores on the outside of my vagina.. They're really painful , red, circular .. It's not bleeding or anything it just hurts when I sit down or raise my leg. I noticed this about a week ago but thought it was a razor bump since I shave. Last night I finally took a mirror to exactly see what's goin on down there and it red and I can see my flesh.. I never had this problem before and want to know what to do
