What Causes Sores At The Base Of The Neck?

I started getting sores right at the base of my neck, where my hairline ends, about 12 years ago and they are rarely gone completely. I have taken antibiotics that made them go away but once I was off them the sores came right back. I am not stressed but was wondering if antidepressants can cause this. I started antidepressants right around the time these sores popped up.

Hi
I have gone to your complaints and antidepressants don't cause sores.
It can be due to hormonal changes taking place in the body.
