Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

It may be inframammary intertrigo. Kindly consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. Combined cream of antibiotic, steroid and antifungal might improve the condition. Avoid soap bath. Keep the area dry.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel
