What Causes Sores Like Cigarette Mark While On Medication For Diabetes?

I am 48 years old and diabetic, i drink one pill a day for sugar,I have noticed that a am getting sores that look like cigarette burns, my doctor said to put trigintax on them but they are stuburn and take forever to dissapear leaving a brown mark behind i am overweight, please help

dear user, hi! you are developing what we call skin manifestations of diabetes. ideally you must stop the tablets and switch to analog insulins. keep your sugars tightly controlled. regards!
