What Causes Sores/scabs In Nose?

Symptom first started with sores/scabs in noise. After they would heal, they would come back. Sore noise, facial pain, ringing in ears (left), squishy sound around ear, slight drainage from noise and in back of throat, a little dizziness and fatigue, swelling around neck. Should I go to my ENT doctor or will it go away by itself?

Hi,thank you for posting your query on health care magic.

Looking at your symptoms,you might be probably suffering from Viral infection causing inflammation in your nose,ear,throat,and the nerve for hearing and balance(audio vestibular nerve) in the inner ear.

You may find relief by taking the following medication:
Oral decongestant like Phenylephrine,
Nasal decongestant drops like Xylometazoline,
Antihistaminic like Cetrizine,
Analgesic with Antiinflammatory like Ibuprofen
Antacid like Rantac,
Antivertigo medicine like Betahistine.

Also do steam inhalation.Do warm saline gargles.Take plenty of warm fluids.Avoid cold food and dust.

After taking the above measures,if your symptoms are not improving in 2-3 days,then it would be advisable to consult an Otolaryngologist doctor.
