Hello Doctors. 3 weeks ago, when i stood up from a bench, i felt severe contraction of penis i.e. penis is contracted inward. It lasts for a minute. after 2,3 days, i again had a feeling of penis contraction and my testicles were moving up and down very frequently. I took 10 days antibiotic course from a doctor, but still since 7,8 days, I am feeling a sensation of spider crawling inside of my scrotum and testicles. Mostly, when i sit it immediately starts. this sensation comes and goes after every 5 minutes on average..please guide me.
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
* As per the narration and my clinical experience co relation, the current condition may have different issues as
- varicocele ( dilatation of testicular vessels )
- referred pain from calculus in the urinary system
- testis inflammation from some sort of infection, trauma or else
- others
* In our clinic, I recommend a doppler ultrasound of the scrotum to find out the underlying cause and treat accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
