What Causes Spasms Under Left Rib Cage With Nausea And Bloating?
yes I had gallbladder removedstones in common bile duct then had sugeory march 2015 still have pain under left rib cage January . 2013 still had same pain in March2015 had hernia repair done and now nausa blotting spams under left rib cage , do I need to go to hospital
You should do some tests like complete blood count,ESR and ultrasound abdomen to rule out possibility of infection and also follow-up for your gall bladder surgery.
You should consult your operating surgeon for that follow-up and he will know about the rib pain and can prescribe you analgesics with antacids (available over the counter also).

It could be either muscular pain or acute gastritis because of which you are also having nausea and stomach bloating.
