What Causes 'spermatozoa Agglutination' And How To Treat It?

Dear Doctor,
I married three years ago and had no child still,I had consulted a gyno and undergo a semen analysis test,
the result is SPERMATOZOA AGGLUTINATION +,Can u please explain me the following.
1) what does it mean?
2) What are the causes?
3)What are the treatment available for this?

hello
It means sperms are forming clumps and not moving freely as they should. It can be due to infection or presence of Anti sperm antibodies It needs culture and sensitivity test if pus cells are seen or ASA test if absent So antibiotics or steroids / IUI is advised for such cases
