Hello, For a couple of weeks I feel that the neck area arouHello, For a couple of weeks I feel that the neck area around the spine, in particular between the shoulder blades is very tense and stiff. It's very uncomfortable but I wouldn't say it's a strong pain. In addition, I wake up sometimes when I turn at night and lift my head. On two occasions I heard a clicking sound as if something snapped back into place (or out of place). I also hear some grinding sound when I move my head - the sound seems to come from the base of my skull. Any idea what that could be and what I need to do? I am female age 24
