What Causes Spontaneous Vaginal Bleeding?

Hi, I am 39 and have not had any periods for several years due to pcos. Today I moved some heavy furniture and have some vaginal bleeding. I had no pain when moving the furniture. Also, I do have a fibroid. Would it be a spontaneous bleed that is coincidental.
