What Causes Spot Containing Grey Puss On Nose?

I have a gray spot on my nose and when i pierced it with a sterile lancet- like you would use to prick your finger- gray puss game out then blood. it goes away for a few days, then the gray spot is back. It s not a black head. but it keeps coming back every few days.

I can understand your concern for spot containing grey puss on nose in yourself.
After analyzing your query I can make out that you might have sebaceous cyst or simple blockage of the oil gland which is causing recurrent problem of spot containing grey puss on nose.
I suggest you to not to pinch or pop or pierce the area with anything as can get infected and cause further aggravation and complications. It is better to show the area to a dermatologist and get best suggestion for the same.
In your kind of problem I generally ablate the area with a radiofrequency ablation to cure the problem.
