If it's asymptomatic then I don't think you should worry about it, it will go of its own unless and until its painful, itchy or associated with some discharge. If you are still experiencing the yellowish discharge then I suggest you take Azee. And keep proper perineal hygiene. Wash your perineal area with V-wash overtime you go to the washroom. Change your panty on a regular basis.
