I have a small spot on my left testicle that is concerning me. It is on the side of my testicle in the middle of it, not connected to the end cords. It feels like it it is a blood clot in a vein or something like that because it is not perfectly round. I have had the spot for a couple years now and it hasn't gotten larger or smaller, I can't feel it with my bare finger tip, but if I use my finger nail I can. My wife can't feel it with her finger either. Recently I have had some back pain that has started up because I haven't been to the chiropractor in a while and it is causing some groin discomfort and I was wondering if the discomfort is really from my back pain, or the spot. Every now and then there is a little dull pain if I'm sitting down or the left testicle is confined in any way. Should I see about having an ultrasound?
Hi. Thanks for your query. You have two distinct problems. The first is the small spot that your wife can not palpate. This means it is something like a small organised cyst or so and should not be a matter of worry at all. Secondly you have backache and that you have not visited a Chiropractor for a long. IT is better that you visit him to get corrected the problems you have. IF not effective you will have to go for MRI of the back and spine. This is not definitely due to spot on the testicle/scrotum.
