What Causes Spots In The Back Causing Burning Sensation And Numbness?

It started yesterday. I had a spot on my back that , out of nowhere, started to feel like it was mildly burning. Then this morning I woke up screaming in pain. Now that little burning spot has turned into , what I would imagine, a chemical burn. Every time I move it feels as tho I am ripping the burnt skin or muscle. The pain is unbearable. There are no visible marks on the skin and the skin to the touch is numb but any movement to the area causes off the charts pain. The spot is located on the eft side on my back/side. From spine to side. From hip to shoulder. Yesterday it was just a spot on lower back and felt like an uncomfortable burn sensation
