What Causes Spots Of Brown Blood And Abdominal Pains?

Hello my name is Emma and I'm 16 years old.
About 4 days ago I was feeling sick and I had lost my appetite and I have had patches/spotts of brown blood left on my underwear but yesterday it increased abit and I started to get mild abdominal pains. But today the pains seem to be more painfull and I still have patches/spotts of brown blood. Can you help me ?
