I've had a little spot about a centimeter wide on my leg for a couple of years now. It's the color of an age spot but has a little rougher texture. Yesterday I scratch my leg not realizing that it was "the spot" and the skin just kind of peeled off. I cleaned it with peroxide and dabbed a liitle Neosporin on it. When I undressed this evening I noticed a bright red ring around the "raw" spot now. What is it?
