What Causes Spots On Lower Stomach That Is Spreading Towards Breast Area?

Hello I have had spots on my stomach and lower stomach and not is moving to my breast area I have went to local dr and he is saying that it could be petechia, he has gave me 2 shots and 2different kinds of meds and was for sure that this would take care of it and it hasnt what do you think

Hi.
As per your case history you are having either pityriasis versicolor or allergic dermatitis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid using any new products like soap or perfume.
2. Apply an antifungal lotion like clotrimazole lotion twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine for itching.
4. If it is pityriasis versicolor, then it will be cured by above treatment.

If problem persists then you need topical steroid, oral steroid to cover allergic dermatitis, but only after consulting a dermatologist.
