What Causes Spots On The Labia Minora With Pain And Yellow Discharge?

I have got what looks like small poped spots on the lips of my vagina and would like to know what they are, I ve been to see my doctor today and she said everything looked normal but I am in pain with them and I m also loosing a yellow watery discharge and I m having to wear pads Thanks

Your symptoms are suggestive of vaginal infection. Vaginal swab microscopy is required to confirm the cause of infection. So please be advised to follow up with your ObGyn.
