What Causes Spotting Afeter Walking Extensively?

I did quite a bit of walking today. ALOT more than I'm use to. ( we were at the fair). A few hours after we got back I went to the restroom and noticed bright red blood just when I wiped. And only that one time so far. No cramping or anything. I have my 15 week appt in 2 days. Should I wait Til then or should I go to the ER now?

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it doesn't appear to be a problem, It may be secondary to the anemia, infection, or hypertension.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist at your leisure for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. or pap smear for diagnosis.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to avoid such things, and to have good health resistance against the infections.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. thank you.
