Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. After removal of the progesterone implant, the normal periods resume in next 2-3 months. The effect of the progesterone hormone wanes from the body on 2-3 months after the removal of the implant.
I would suggest you to not to worry and wait for few months for the periods to get normal.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
