General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Spotting after sexual intercourse could be due to hormonal imbalance caused by the postinor 2, endometrial dysplasia, vaginal infection.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist if it will continue.
Vaginal examination, reproductive hormone analysis, PAP smear and swab test will help in the diagnosis.
Treatment will depend on the specific cause.
Meanwhile avoid stress, maintain proper pelvic hygiene, drink plenty of water, do regular exercise.
Hope this may help you
