What Causes Spotting After Periods?

Please help I and my bf were making out he did not insert his penis in but was rubbing against me...he also inserted his finger inside once...i have been fingered before but nothing has happned....after every thing was over I noticed a red stain on my panty it has been a day now and I stil sum times notice sum dark red colour thing when ever I go to the washroom and wipe the area with a toilet paper....m scared because this for sure is not my period as I my periods got over just 10 days back.....are there any chances of me getting pregnant...sholud I take a pill?
