What Causes Spotting After Unprotected Sex?
Had nexplanon removed 3 weeks ago ; Had unprotected sex serveral times after removal ! Spotted for 2 weeks after removal 2-3 days (light pink/brown) took pregnancy test 1-2 days after spotting. Negative test? Am I pregnant ! Had a lot of different symptoms

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Nexplanon is progesterone implant and the spotting and menstrual disturbances are common for few months after its removal. Unprotected intercourse can lead to pregnancy. However, if your pregnancy test is negative, then it is ruled out.
Local lesions in cervix or vagina including cervical cancer also can lead to spotting.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
