What Causes Spotting And Brown Discharge Post IUD Insertion?

Hi Doctor, I have got iud insertion last 13th may but still i have spottings and brown discharge. last march doctor has done medical absortion for me. kindly suggest why these discharge and spotting happens continously. shall i remove iud ?
