Hi
Welcome to HCM.
I appreciate your concern for the safety of Plan-B pill.
If properly executed i.e., use of Plan-B as early as possible but within 72 hours of unprotected sex, it is effective in preventing unwanted
pregnancy.
The most common side effects of Plan-B include nausea,
vomiting,
abdominal pain (cramps) headache and menstrual irregularities in the form of bleeding or spotting which occur due to hormonal imbalances.
However, in view of your problem of burning urination there is a strong possibility of urine infection involving the
urinary bladder.
Take plenty of oral fluids, you may also to take Sodium citrate solution which reduces the painful urination.
If the symptoms do not subside, get the urine analysis done and visit a doctor for a possible course of antibiotics to eradicate the infection.
Hope these suggestions could be useful in getting the treatment for
urinary tract infection.
Wishing you good health.
A feed back is highly appreciated.
