What Causes Spotting, Back Pain And Abdominal Cramps During Pregnancy?

So I am 36 weeks today, had light red on toilet paper Friday after menstrual like cramps all day. Saturday spotting change to a very thin tea colored staining and now today cramps are increased and spotting or discharge is a lot darker and stringy. I have had an excruciating pain in my lower back just above my bum on the left side. Baby is still in a breech position so I am yet to drop. Any suggestions as to what might be happening.

Dear madam,I understand your concern.in my opinion all your said symptoms goes in favour of labour pains.so labour pains might have started.dont worry about the breech presentation delivery is done vaginally if there is no fetal distress and if your pains are proceeding good and there is descent of
fetus.so consult your gynae without delay.
Relax .and have a happy delivery.
