I spotted for 4 days just a few days before my period was due; the spotting stared out as brown in color and then was a lighter reddish. Did not have enough to use a tampon and a pantyliner worked fine. Spotting has stopped and the only other symptom that I am really having is being tired and having a headache, which I normally don t get. How long do I need to wait after spotting starts or stops to expect an accurate result from a pregnancy test?
