When you lose your virginity, the hymen gets stretched open when you have vaginal sex or when the fingers go in during foreplay, thus it may cause you some pain or bleeding.
Since you are bleeding every time you have vaginal intercourse, you should visit a gynecologist & get physically examined. It can be due to a polyp (vaginal or cervical) which will have to be removed. It can also be due to rough intercourse which may have caused some tissue laceration or abrasion. Get it treated.
Hope you had menarche & have normal menstruation cycles. Always go for protected sex & stay away from multiple partners to avoid STI. Get all STD tests done to be on the safer side.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
