I m having a weird cycle. First I had some spotting during the ovulation and then 2 days before my period. Now my period blood is bright red with some smaller darker clot like thingson it. However, it flows out only when I pee or if I insert tampon. Almost nothing on a pad
Have you been on any medications lately, birth control pills, etc.? If yes, then you should report to your doctor with the same. But if not, your presentation could be either a hormonal imbalance being a side effect of some factor, or possibly some underlying condition.
If at all you have been sexually active off late, and are either on contraceptives, or have consumed an emergency contraceptive pill (e.g. plan B), this would also explain the presentation.
But it would be wise to visit your doctor for a more detailed evaluation. An irregularity in your menstrual cycle should be investigated for pregnancy and/or a hormonal imbalance.
Best wishes.
