What Causes Spotting During Periods And Sore Lower Abdomen?
Am 21yrs. My period normally lasts 3-4days after the 7day which is the estimated length for your menstrual I had spotting for 3days straight. This is the second time. Along with that my lower belly feels sore like when you are having a miscarriage which I had about a year ago. My stomach has been feeling like that since the last period began.. What could be the possible cause?

Thanks for letting us know your health concern. From the description of your symptoms, it appears that you are experiencing either an infection in the pelvis or a local cause like erosion or polyp. A proper clinical evaluation and a sonogram of the pelvis preferably in the trans-vaginal route and also urinalysis are needed to clarify. Please maintain proper hydration and good genital hygiene.
