Understand your concern.
I think it is due to excessive stress and anxiety that produce
hormonal imbalance is the reason for spotting.
Also note the other reason for spotting:
Change in life style, Late ovulation,
Excessive weight loss or gain, Drugs: Birth control pills,
thyroid medication, Excessive tea and caffeine, Thyroid problem,
Endometriosis, cervical or endometrial dysplasis
For better diagnosis consult the gynecologist and do whole Hormonal profile
Do regular walking and exercise.
Eat healthy diet with iron and vitamin supplements
Eat fruits like papaya, orange, pineapple
Avoid stress and get relaxed by full body spa
