What Causes Spotting Post IUD Insertion?

I m a 24 year-old, healthy female. I got an IUD implanted 5 weeks ago. I had sex about 2 weeks ago. The guy came while inside me, but he wore a condom, and the condom didn t break. I ve been spotting blood since I got my IUD put in, and the spotting hasn t increased or decreased. I was supposed to start my period the day of or the day after I had sex, but my period never came and still hasn t. I ve been nauseous for about an hour or two during the past few afternoons (around 12:00pm). I ve felt a little fatigued (more than usual). My appetite has increased dramatically over the past 2 days (no specific cravings or no food makes me want to throw up when I smell or eat it). I feel like I ve started to bloat, but I think that may just be psychosomatic. I took a pregnancy test, but I couldn t quite make out the blue line(s), but I looked like there was only one line (which means not pregnant), but I don t feel too confident because it s only been 2 weeks since I had sex, and the test didn t give me a totally clear answer. But based on my symptoms, what are the chances you think I could be pregnant? I m going to see my OBGYN in a few weeks for an IUD string check, and I m sure she ll be able to tell me then if I am, but I m freaking out that I could be pregnant, and I really want a doctor s opinion (even though you don t have that much conclusive or concrete information/test results). Just tell me if you think I m more likely than pregnant than not.
