What Causes Spotting Post Mirena IUD Withdrawal?

My Mirena (IUD) fell out Sunday after noon. I haven’t had any kind of bleeding whatsoever. About 3 week ago, I have some brown dried blood but I haven’t had anything since then. Pregnancy test are pulling negative. Do you think I’m pregnancy? I have no insurance and CANT afford to go to the doctor about this. Please help!

No, this does not sign of pregnancy. It's the hormonal effects which are leading to brown discharge. Don't worry in 1-2 months it will become normal.
