What Causes Spotting, Vaginal Itching And Dryness?
My vagina is really Itchy and dry in the middle of the night then when I woke up I saw like a drop of dry blood. I'm pretty sure I'm not on my period because my blood flow is kinda heavy. But I'm worried what is wrong with me because I am only a teenage. And now I just used the restroom and another drop. My blood are just drops that come and go but not that much. Should I be worried? Should I see a doctor

I understand your concern.
Dryness of vagina along with itching & spotting of blood at your age can be due to-
- cigarette smoking, anti allergy drugs/immune disorders/ vaginal douching.
Management-
-Stop douching,for it removes normal vaginal flora & causes dryness. Use vaginal pessaries with lactic acid BV to replace normal vaginal Ph & flora.
- stop smoking
-use of moisturizer for time being
- consult gynecologist for need of using estrogen cream.
