Hi, I just started some spotting after taking my mother in law shopping for grocceries, I lifted 5 cases of water one at a time and pushed the heaving shopping cart around in the sore and up a handicap ramp. I'm not due for my period until next week, I stared my period on April 19

Hi,

If it is mid-menstrual bleeding, (14 days before the coming menses) this can be ovulation bleeding. The excessive physical activities can cause such bleeding due to cervical infection or polyp can be found during physical, internal examination. Please consult a gynecologist.
