What Causes Spotting With A Slight Orange Tint Without The Actual Periods?
I have been spotting here and there and keep thinking it should be my period. Yesterday, I started bleeding and the blood had a slight orange tint to it. Then today, there is no blood. I'm not sure what could be going on or why I have not started my period yet.
Spotting before a period is generally harmless, and there is not always an obvious cause. It could be old blood from previous cycles. Spotting is sometimes an early sign of pregnancy or an indication of hormonal changes in the body. Other causes of spotting can include hormonal fluctuations, starting a birth control pill.
