What Causes Spotting With Positive Pregnancy Test Result?

Hi, I m 18 years old. And I m 4 days late for my menstral cycle. I took a pregnancy test & it came back positive lastnight. But today I went to use the restroom and when I wiped there was bright orange blood with a dark orangish red blood clot. What s wrong with me?

Hello!
The fact that your pregnancy test has resulted positive, means that you are pregnant. Clots and blood mean that you have threatened miscarriage, which means that first you should do a blood bHCG and later an ultrasound to confirm if your pregnancy is evolutive and if so, where is it located.
