What Causes Spotting?

I have stopped my birth control over three months ago and have had a lot of spotting almost every day. When I first stopped it I had a period then thirty days later I had another one but after that I am always spotting I had a recent gyn exam and it was normal. I m so frustrated I am 29 years old and have had two kids

Hi,

It is breakthrough bleeding. Get your thyroid function tests done. Minimal spotting is okay. If it is bleeding heavily then it is to be shown to a gynecologist. Use another method of contraception like condoms.
