OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

If your periods are regular and if you didn't have any unprotected intercourse during this cycle then chances of pregnancy are very less. These symptoms will also be there during premenstrual period. Already you have started to spot and you have few more days for you periods to come. Wait till then. You will get it.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana Rajesh Babu, OB & GYN Specialist
