What Causes Spreading Red Blotchy Rash Around Left Ankle?
For a couple of months I have had a red blotchy rash around my left ankle and it has now spread to the right. It doesn t itch or otherwise bother me except for the appearance. I have used hydrocortisone cream and also tiger balm but they don t seem to be helping.

Probably you have developed schamberg purpurae.
It happens due to breakage of minute blood vessels.
It is a self limiting condition hence there is nothing to worry.
Keep applying cortisone cream.
